rpc 3.x amtinfo shows some junk characters on the SOL console for ubuntu devices

With the device-management-toolkit/rpc-go#1251 feature implemented, its observed that the rpc amtinfo shows some junk characters.

Hi @sudhir-intc, I speculate that this may be a limitation of Serial Over LAN (SOL) itself rather than an issue in rpc-go. It could be related to character encoding support and how SOL handles non-ASCII or double-byte characters, although we would need to investigate further to confirm that.

The SOL protocol implementation used by the Web UI comes from UI Toolkit, so it may make sense to move this issue to that repository for further investigation.

There was a similar issue reported in the past involving BIOS screen rendering: device-management-toolkit/console#530. It may be worth investigating these issues together to determine whether they share the same underlying SOL or character encoding limitations.
