Subject: [PATCH] fix: AMF 1.5.3 pinned to AMD's re-cut of the tag

AMD moved v1.5.3 from 8c64800 (2026-09-29) to 57ee0cf (2026-10-16) and re-created the release: same author and
message, and the public headers FFmpeg builds against only gained definitions (e.g. AMF_VIDEO_ENCODER_AV1_MEMORY_TYPE).
ffmpeg-build refuses a tag that no longer names the pinned commit, so the next uncached AMF build would have failed.
