GeoLambda layer on eu-west-2

I see in the latest unrelease version, eu-west-2 and eu-north-1 regions are covered. However, it is still not available.
Can this be made available so we can use the ARN arn:aws:lambda:eu-west-2:552188055668:layer:geolambda:4 ? Thanks.
