Wifi Limited Connection

After installation, in the initial process

1. The skip connection function disappears
2. When connecting to Wifi, it always shows Limited Connection

I have spent a lot of time testing these days and it works fine with other ROMs. After checking a lot of information, I suspected that it was the system time that caused the problem. I wanted to use ADB to change the time test, but I found that only sideload could not do it.

Hi @EricSoWork I am not able to understand your issue, can you please elaborate a little?

My guesses are,
A: you are unable to connect with wifi and get past the setup wizard screen as the connected wifi network shows limited connectivity.

B: You are able to connect to wifi but the internet connectivity isn't working since the system clock is incorrect.

Also, I don't think sideload interface allows you to meddle with time.

The A you mentioned is the situation I encountered. And since there is no skip function option, you will be stuck at the initial setup wizard and unable to move forward.

@EricSoWork wifi is working fine for me on setup wizard and others as well, however, I'll still add the functionality to skip the setup wizard screen in upcoming builds.

I have searched a lot of information about the wifi Limited connection problem, but I still can't find the reason. After various considerations, I originally thought it was an Android 15 issue, but DerpFest 15 (https://xdaforums.com/t/derpfest-15-xiaomi-mi-pad-5-nabu-official.4698012/) was able to connect normally.
Since it is still in the setup wizard stage, it is not possible to use adb to check the log for confirmation.

Can confirm, I split userdata for 2 separate partitions, after that I ofc needed to format data via recovery, but once I got into LOS setup I had no way of going through because WiFi always connects as limited.

Hello, the second solution mentionned by @dev-harsh1998 worked for me, since the system clock couldn't be set automatically during setup it couldn't connect to wifi, setting the right date and hour solved the issue. (skip the network during setup, then set it manually in the settings)
