"Add .MP3" crashes the software

Exactly as described.
Hitting "Add .MP3", then choosing the mp3 causes the software to close itself.

I'm having the same problem on Windows 11. Add WMA seems to work. Probably an issue with the mp3 -> wma conversion. I will see if I can find a solution.
