Double clicking on the image does not form vertex/regions.

The box selection tool does not work by double clicking the image in step 3 either. I only managed to crop a region there by holding and dragging with Shift+Left Click. I'm also very new to working with Jupyter, Anaconda etc. and have close to zero general knowledge on operating anything that isn't a pre-made software sorry.
