Feature request: conventional commit formatting help

Hi, thank you for this action, it's great!

Would it be possible to autoamaticall add information about the PR we are using this in to the commit message:

Reviewed-by: ...
Signed-off-by: ...
Co-authored-by: ...

Or validate the conventional commit guidelines on the message.

I think it should be quite easy to leverage husky to achieve this. All it needs is that before an attempt to git commit ... is made, yarn and maybe yarn husky install is called. This will then set the hooksPath in the .git/config to .husky and the commit will fail when conventional commit format is not used. Also it might run any other useful scripts like lint-staged, unit-test etc. before committing.
