[Duckypad 2020] Cannot re-connect after soft reset (fw 3.0.3)

On any soft reset triggered from:

• hw reset key
• duckypad configurator
• dfuse

After boot, Duckpad cannot re-establish connection to host and none of keys will work, nor duckypad configurator & dfuse will find duckypad.

Requires physically pulling plug & reconnecting duckypad to make it work again.

New configurator hinted that there's expansions & rotary encoders in new duckypad, and I'm seriously considering to get new one - but I still wish to use old one alongside with it haha
