zont_prom_exporter: metrics should be removed once a controller goes offline

Currently the exporter continues to provide stale values for metrics of a controller that suddenly goes offline. This is not expected and misleading behavior.

Additional metric could be provided to indicate a status of a controller (e.g. zont_boiler_up).
