Add a log line to warn a mismatch of total vs meta files

For users its confusing if they have 60 files (30 .txt 30 .meta.json) that we are reporting 30 or 60 files depending on the log line.
We should:

• add an explanation that we are only counting the raw files and add the separate count for meta.json
