Not able to move the drawings after they are placed into the chart

In the demo, I am able to place drawing into the chart, but I am not able to move them ones they are placed, trying to move a drawing by clicking it creates a new drawing in the chart...

I assume the lib supports moving drawings after they are placed into the chart using the cursor(mouse), if so kindly update the demo.
