- Search existing issues for a known solution.
- If the problem appears to be a reproducible defect, open a bug report in the project repository.
When asking for help, include the product version, operating system, installation method, expected result, actual result, and a minimal reproduction. Remove tokens, credentials, private source code, and personal data from logs.
Open a focused feature request in the repository that owns the relevant product. Explain the user problem, the desired outcome, alternatives considered, and why the change belongs in that project.
For team plans, private deployment, account questions, or commercial support, contact DeepAgent through the official website. Do not post account or deployment details in public issues.
Do not use a public support issue for a vulnerability. Follow the Security Policy.
