Account Timeline not showing emails associated with contacts

Hi Deejay,

I have implemented the time warp to PROD and an issue has been reported by the user. There is email that was created on contact and it is showing on the standard account activities related list component. But that email is not appearing in the Accounts Time warp timeline. Below is the suggestion from my colleague

"With the Emails. It seems to be attaching to the "WhoId" (Lead/Contact) and not the "WhatId" (Account/Opportunity). So we might need to think of a way to add a "WhatId" to the email when it's created and linked to the Contact if we want to keep the Timewarp"

Attached are the pictures of the email on the activities and time warp not displaying it.

Hi @jaweeriakhan-sys. Can I confirm if you have read the config guide and FAQs listed on the AppExchange listing? The FAQ doc [https://quip.com/6yvoAcBukqZB] may already answer what you are needing... they answer the following

• Accounts have tasks and Events in the standard Timeline component that don’t show in Time Warp. How come?
• What about indirect relationships? The standard Account timeline shows tasks and events not directly linked to the Account. Can Time Warp do something similar?

I suspect that if you follow the instructions in there you'll get the emails appearing.
