Survey non-English communities

Collect some stats of non-English communities so we have a better idea on what to translate first.

Things like Twitter followers, Facebook and Medium subscribers, counts of mentions in social networks, counts of search results when e.g. Googling "decred" and restricting results to a specific langugage.

Anything that is a low hanging fruit to collect.

The results of this research may be interesting way outside of decred-translations project.

Some numbers from elian:

Mandarin 1.1b, Hindi 1b, Spanish 500m, Arabic 300m, French 284m, Malay 281m, Russian 264m, Portuguese 236m, Japanese 128m, Persian 110m, Turkish 78m, Korean 77m. This is around half of the global population, all Decred's info is in English so that another 1.2b counting all bilingual countries, so there is no point of German or Swedish translation. But in the rest of this regions, not many will speak English so having key Decred docs will be essential.
