I believe theirs is a much more high-impact job due to how it may affect the product UX, partly due to it being an all languages one-stop-shop, as well as a professional alternative to crowdsourcing, and we all remember how that worked out.

Tricky part is if its a relatively new/technical term, there are several versions of existing words. So some time is needed to figure out the context and pick the most widely used / appropriate words.
