For an example, I have two pieces of armor with the same stat points and distribution. I can't tell if one is a Tier 4 vs Tier 5, and if so, I'd likely want to junk the T4, and if both are T5, then keep both for set bonus possibly.
It looks like you could safely remove the "Cap" field/value as it's no longer relevant in the game and maybe replace it with the items Tier value if it exists.
