Replace the \inputminted[firstline=…,lastline=…] presentation of example
programs with noweb chunks by converting each deck's contents.tex to
contents.nw, per steps 1–2 of the per-deck workflow in the tracking issue.
The examples/*.py files become tangled artifacts of the deck source.
Misconceptions input: while retrofitting, check the revised notes
against classes.tex in vt-prog-misconceptions (diagnostic item bank
quiz-classes-{start,end}.json): the misconception catalogue postdates the
classes revision, so add activities for any documented misconception the
notes do not yet target.
