In a course with group mode, teachers can switch through groups for various activities, e.g. to filter submissions. In a checklist block that refers to a checklist with visible groups, you can also switch to different groups, whereby you are redirected to the course start page. There is currently a bug where the group change function of activities, e. g. assignment is overwritten by that of the block and you are incorrectly redirected to the course start page.
testing:
- Create at least 2 groups with visible group membership in the course
- Create checklist with visible groups
- Create Checklist block, select previous checklist and place block on each page
- Create an assignment with visible groups
Consequence: If you try to switch to another group in the assignment, you are redirected to the course start page.
