Package nm as an installable CLI (pip / brew)

Package notes-manager so users can install it without cloning the repo.

## Options
- `pip install notes-manager` via PyPI
- Homebrew tap
- Single-file binary via PyInstaller

## Prerequisites
- Stable API
- Public repo with clean history (already done)
