Output as an edge list

Hi,

I managed to get your github code to work but can’t make sense of the output, I was wondering if you could explain how to convert the output sequences into an edge list graph format (like the input graph format) or if you had a script that converts the sequences to edge list?

The output file is a list of temporal occurrence sequences, where each temporal occurrence represents a specific node at a certain timestamp. For the definition of temporal occurrence, please check our paper at http://publish.illinois.edu/daweizhou/files/2020/06/2020_KDD_A_Data_Driven_Approach_for_Temporal_Interaction_Network_Generation.pdf.

Also, please check the script of metrics.py, which allows you to transform the output sequences into a graph (in the format of time-stamped edge lists).

I have the same issue.
In particular, I'm not able to convert the DataSetName_output_sequences into a temporal edge list like:
node_a node_b time
1 2 0
2 4 1
3 1 1
1 6 3

Could you help me?
