Update rankings more frequently when tournament recently ended

• Try to check how long after the tournament ends that the rankings are updated
• Maybe do it sunday evenings more frequently?
• Maybe use the PGA API? (I think there was some response item like "recentlyEnded")
• Maybe set a flag for tournament ends - starts false, set to true when tournament status becomes final, when that happens, grab the rankings data (more frequently for some duration?) and set back to false
