Form does not indicate where the error is when the https is missing from URL

Describe the bug

When creating a DOI in Fabrica with the form, if the user enters a URL without the https, the DOI cannot be saved, even in draft state

Expected Behaviour

The form should let the user know the error is in the URL field

Current Behaviour

The URL field turns green even when the https part is missing, this prevents the DOI from being created
