Data download fails on GCP

Downloading from https://www.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/~saeedi/5Party-ocp20.tar.gz repeatedly fails by timeout on GCP only.

Ran into the same issue here after trying to follow the notebooks. I imagine the file is no longer being hosted?

Its a shame that the sample data from https://www.informatik.uni-leipzig.de/~saeedi/5Party-ocp20.tar.gz is unavailable for over a year for this industry accelerator
