Bedqc: improving bedqc filter

Currently, bedqc flags bed files that either

1. are larger than 2G,
2. have over 5 million regions, or
3. have mean region width less than 10 bp.

Brainstorming for more sophisticate filtering

• confidence or maturity of BED file
• confidence of reference assignment compatibility (already stored in database)
• similarity to other files with similar annotation (using embeddings?) "annotation reliability score"

• add links to new refgenie for the reference genomes
• add heatmap for compatibility score / tier ranking, hover for details or explanation
