Add a MacOS version

Hey, after a long time of using neo and falling back to qwertz/y I looked for the current state of good keyboard layouts and found noted :) I just switched to Mac (another reason to look for a new layout, it feels easier with a new keyboard to learn a new layout). Is it possible to create a Version for Mac? Do you have any plans or rough time span when this could happen?
Not sure if I should wait, because noted sounds great, or if I need to choose another one because of the OS.

It should be possible using a tool called Karabiner Elements. There are implementations for some of the other neo family layouts using that tool, if I'm not mistaken.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to a Mac, so creating a suitable config myself won't be feasible. It should not be rocket science however. So I would be very happy about a corresponding pull request.

@Flowkap Sehr cool, ich habe mich bisher einfach noch nicht genug damit beschäftigen können, weil ich komplett neu in MacOS bin und auch im Layout selbst und es hauptsächlich überhaupt testen wollte.

Ist halt nur der Layer 1. Aber dafür sollte es reichen.
