The seeding sequence is now generated completely at random. It would be more meaningful to specify the input sequence (something Wuhan-like? just for some reference). This input sequence could be fed into the constructor of the Haplotypes class, so to generate all the seeder haplotypes (all or one, depending if there are one or multiple importations) as big mutations of that. In this fashion, different seeder haplotypes are different but not completely. Watch out to specify a mutation probability that is larger betweeen different seeder haplotypes! Otherwise they are indistinguishable from the haplotypes mutated from the seeders
