mise does not accept external contributions. It is developed solely by the author.
- No pull requests, patches, or code contributions are reviewed or merged.
- Issues / Discussions are not monitored for contribution or feature requests.
This keeps the author the sole copyright holder, which preserves the ability to offer mise under a commercial / proprietary license alongside the AGPL-3.0 (see LICENSE and the README).

mise is published under AGPL-3.0 — you are free to use, study, and fork it under those terms. "No contributions" means changes aren't merged back upstream; it does not restrict your AGPL rights.
