Support for Kalico's python gcode_macro

Kalico added support for writing [gcode_macro]s in python. It would be nice to get python syntax within these code blocks.

Hey, sorry for the long silence!

This is cool, but probably not feasible to support with just a TextMate syntax, because you'd need to embed the Python grammar per-line for any line that starts with !, but the Python grammar almost certainly has some multi-line patterns that would break as soon as they hit the ! on a following line. There are some language extensions that support code highlighting in doc comments (Rust comes to mind), but they do that by transforming the text to remove the leading /// tokens, parsing that transformed code, and then assigning semantic tokens.

I'll leave this open since it would be nice to have, but I wouldn't expect a fix in the foreseeable future. If the Kalico implementation worked with block delimiters instead of line prefixes (like a !!! line at the beginning and end of a Python block) it would be a lot easier to support.
