[feat] Capture as Markdown

Hi,

First let me tell the joy when I discovered today that this extension had been revived! It has helped me so much in the past. No to dig deep into my backups to debunk those huge scrapbooks I had built...

Then, as my workflow changed quite a bit a moved almost everything to Markdown, it would be fantastic if WSB could capture content directly in this format.
Hopefully some work like https://github.com/webclipper/web-clipper or https://github.com/laurent22/joplin/tree/dev/packages/app-clipper could be leveraged?

It's unlikely that this will be implemented as web page to markdown is a losing conversion which is complicated and unreliable, and there is only limited support of markdown for WSB.
