Sometimes even when I'm holding my brake in exactly the same position, it will take 1 second to register on the display, the next time it's instant. I know its probably more related to the magnet/sensor and its position, but repositioning that is quite fiddly.
So instead I'm suggesting a longer time for the brake signal activation, maybe 1, 2 seconds? User configurable?
I find myself having to restart my bike 2-3 times sometimes to get going, maybe 25% of the time.
