Install issues- crashes due to lxml

Using pip, install crashes with

Is this a known issue with a fix?

Same issue here. I have installed every required OS-level dependencies and using python 3.11. I hope someone takes notice because python projects should leave more information how to install properly, else this is a write-only project.

Same problem on Manjaro and python 3.11. Tried several lxml versions, nothing helped.
