Addition of Microcontroller Support

To add Microcontroller support to Arduino

1. Stage I (Arduino and ESP)
2. Stage II (STM32 and ARM Based Microcontrollers)

Need to assemble the microcontroller from bare pieces no need for architectural details this no need for separate microcontroller , however issue with user code which is different for some microcontrollers need to be addressed
