Writing bag files

Can this package be used to write bag files? What would it take to add this functionality?
I'm interested in loading a bag file, modifying it (adding new topics), and then saving it.

Not at the moment — I only needed to import data, so only implemented the minimum required for reading bag files. I probably don't have time to add this feature at the moment but if someone submits a PR I'll have a look!
