Make plot of number of tracks marked duplicate

In NMatch, add up the amount of tracks that have been matched, more than once, to truth particles and compare them to the total tracks in NMatch. Denominator is total number of L1Tracks.

The fraction of total tracks that were marked duplicate was calculated by adding up all the numbers greater than one in tp_nmatch and dividing it by the total number of L1 tracks.

When you label things like this, can you say e.g. "Duplicate fraction for output tracks" so it's clear that this is the remaining ones and not the ones that are being marked by the algorithm itself?

This looks more like what I'd expect though, so that's good! Excited to see the 2nd pass version added as well.

Instead of counting the number of nmatch, count nmatch-1.
