These are the resolutions for pt, dxy, and eta. There is a pt > 20 and |eta| < 2.4 cut. The resolutions are defined by first plotting the residuals between the reco kinematic variable and the gen kinematic variable for different bins of whatever kinematic variable is on the x-axis. Then the resolution is plotted by taking the RMS of the residual distribution, and the errors on those points are taken from GetRMSError (need to look further into if this actually does translate all the errors correctly onto the resolution plot). The reco muons used in these plots are the ones that are only reconstructed by both the displaced and prompt reconstruction algorithms.
