BUG ISSUE - LLVM CXX 20 fails to compile all unit tests

Bug in Clang systems when compiling unit tests in Cxx20 reports an error. Exact source of error has not been identified.

Clang does not fail to compile using cxx11, 14,or 17.

Tested on Linux, Ubuntu LTS 20.04
