Push-Notifications

If a user has bookmarked a journey, they should also get the option of receiving push-notifications for that journey. They could be sent on these occasions:

• some time before the journey starts
• some time before a transfer
• when the journey is affected by a delay or a cancellation

Ideally, this would be implemented without the need of creating an account. I still have to explore what's possible here
