A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
The main landing page for the Data Discovery Portal includes a carousel of featured data and research products. The existing view of the carousel is great, but right now that is just a static list of things that are in the rotation. Need to implement some kind of method that determines what shows up in the carousel of features products. Options include: most popular (by some measure - downloads, views, etc.), resources specified by CZNet PIs, etc.
