Missing radicle plugin icon from toolbar

Sometimes the radicle icon is missing from the Jetbrains IDE.

While I have various radicle projects I realized that in some projects the radicle icon is missing from the toolbar.
The icon was there but at some point of time it disappeared. I tried reinstalling the plugin and restarting the IDE but nothing changed.

All projects have a rad remote available. This is from a repo that the icon is missing :

we cannot reliably reproduce this issue, so I'll leave it open but move outside the current milestone.
