Bring cycle-scripts-one-fits-all flavor in CCA monorepo

Few points about this

• moving here the cycle-scripts-one-fits-all flavor and
• rename it to something more specific, i.e: cycle-typescripts (just an idea)
• being it some kind of core flavor should be able to call it simply like that: `create-cycle-app --flavor typescript'
• delete the community --flavors repo to avoid further confusion

Will leave it in my own repo, to have greenkeeper support, but maybe we should delete the community flavors repo
