Poster evaluation - Hyun Ki Kim #5

Description

Hi Cathy, this is Hyun Ki Kim, your dear friend, writing a peer evaluation for your poster. I think your poster was great overall. It had most of the necessary parts for the good poster that we learned from class (title, name, affiliation, introduction, data, methods, results, references, acknowledgement). However, I believe number of figures in your poster could be reduced, as they convey same information. Also, bar chart might be better when you are comparing different models. At first, your figures looked like it had confidence interval, which was not true. I like your title because it showed what your research question is and how you are trying to solve clearly. Introduction part is also written well. Data section clearly showed what variable you used. I liked methods part but have feeling that it is little bit too long. Results part also showed your result clearly. Color and logo of your poster looks nice with a conventional design that divided your poster into 4 columns with a clear white background. However, I have feeling that most students had put too much detail into their poster when the audience’s background knowledge differs. Overall, I think it your poster was great.
