Pinned pydantic for grocy-py prevents grocy from installing its prerequisites on the latest Home Assistant 2026.5.0 with

Can confirm the bug - Integration does not load with HomeAssistant 2026.5.0.

I get the following in the log:

Same happened to me . Its not getting loaded. Will there be a solution to this or should we migrate to a REST based solution?

i rolled back to HA 2026.4.4 and everything is working for me, your results may vary based on what you have going on in home assistant. But I am sitting there or until the fork of this repo is up and working.

this one seems to be more active and more upto date so I will probably switch to that once its fixed

hello everyone for anyone that hasnt seen this there a fork of this repository that is actively being maintained and many commits ahead. They also patches this issue.

it hast been updated in over a year. the fork that i posted above was updated in may and is more active.
