rewrite of the webpage

the webpage needs an overhaul with up to date technologies and design.

Tasks

• write a single page webapp
• web page data will be added by data files

Possible Technologies

• React, Angular or Vue.js
• Bootstrap

The old web page aged very well, but it is very hard to edit if we want to do quick changes. I'll have to set aside time to look over the new technologies, the style is something that should probably roll over. It is mobile and PC friendly, which is hard to accomplish in a lot of sites.
