We should have various ways of providing input for the user. This ticket describes the mouse section of the ticket. Optional commands do not need to be completed for this ticket to be closed:

• Select (mouse - left-click)
• Cancel (mouse - right-click) (mouse - clicking outside active window)
• Zoom In (mouse - scroll wheel) {Optional}
• Zoom Out (mouse - scroll wheel) {Optional}
