[Bug] Upgrade of FullCalendar..io

Steps to reproduce

Try to upgrade FullCalendar.io to premium version and include timeline view. The grid looks very strange, have empty spaces, everything to the right on resource area. Out of the box buttons doesn't work.

What is expected?

The view like on fullcalendar page with buttons etc.

What is actually happening?

It looks very bad and do not work as expected

Do you have an example (walkthrough) how to include premium features? or any other view options?

Unfortunately, we do not include premium features of the fullcalendar.io, so we do not have access to edit the design of the additional components.
