Delete package.json

I don't think we have any npm dependencies any more, so I think we can delete package.json. Try it and see what breaks.

For my curiosity, I also deleted the package-lock.json and when i was doing the changes and things went smoothly, but i haven't applied that change to this pr, If allow I can do that too.
