Currently pitch bends raise a pitch, so a note slightly flatter than MIDI note 61 will use MIDI note 60 as the reference with an almost semi-tone pitchbend rather than use 61 as the reference note with a slightly flat pitchbend. Use the closest 12TET pitch as reference for a note rather than the next lower note. This will improve import into notation programs.
