Hi Ben,

Thanks for the issue!
This file indeed seems to be the exception and has Boost license in contrast to the MIT license the rest of the files have.
I want to fix this by including the Boost license text in this header file instead of a seperate file.

I did not expect a linux distribution to take interest in these files, are these included somewhere in a package?

The thread_pool.hpp library is vendored in fplll, which is packaged in Fedora Linux as libfplll. I was looking at packaging the snippets separately to unbundle them from libfplll. I don’t know of any other Fedora packages that would use them at the moment.
