Error 126 on loading Plugin

I always get error 126 on loading this plugin:

Would you be able to test that api endpoint outside of the plugin? Like make a rest api call with something like python, curl, or postman?

The API works without any problems, I think the problem is that Rainmeter isn't able to load the dll file (which should happen before it tries to call the API). I also installed VC_redist.x64, but that didn't help

Ok, looking at your file, I see you do have an explicit path defined. From that error screenshot, it looks like it is having trouble parsing the path to the dll. For fun, lets try to put the dll in C:\Program Files\Rainmeter\Plugins\ and change your config to the following:
