Steps:

1. Go to the URL : https://nepalcovid19.org/
2. Click on the search bar and enter the text 'ka'.
3. Observe the suggestions displayed.
4. Observe initials of each suggestion and check particularly for 'kavrepalanchowk'.

Expected behavior:
Initials for the place 'kavrepalanchowk' should be capitalized, i.e. 'Kavrepalanchowk'.

Actual result:
'kavrepalanchowk' was being displayed throughout the application.
